CS TrackSystemS is a range of high-quality tracks. They are based on the one-piece heavy duty aluminium extrusions used in CS FOR DOORS’ cavity sliding units, and can be used in a multitude of applications. TrackSystemS work perfectly with our beautifully engineered carriages, incorporating anti-jump technology, so the doors will slide smoothly time after time.
 
Partition-TopMountTracK
Partition-TopMountTracK is a versatile track with two major applications: 1) The track is fitted neatly under bulk heads.  2) The track is mounted within a suspended ceiling.

There are two clip-on pelmets available – one for each application. The first option is a flush pelmet designed for the “bulk-head” solution. Because the track can be fitted neatly beside fixed partitioning, this solution also allows you to hang a door neatly beside fixed partitioning panels or walls.

The second (ceiling-mounted) pelmet is designed for tiled ceilings. It has a 20mm horizontal leg that matches standard ceiling grid detail and allows for ceiling tiles to rest on the leg.

Both pelmet options can be powder coated or anodised, and in the case of the “ceiling tile” option this is usually a colour match with the ceiling grid.

Design Features & Benefits:

• Available in lengths up to 10m (12m is possible with notice)
• The track is extruded from high-quality, heavy duty extruded aluminium.
  
• Supplied with one of two pelmet options:
  Option 1: A flush pelmet, which is ideal for fixing under bulk heads.
  Option 2: A pelmet that has a 20mm horizontal leg to accommodate ceiling tiles in office fit-outs.
  
• Pelmets may be anodised or powder coated to blend-in with ceiling finishes and/or ceiling grids, if required.
• Able to take standard and non-standard size doors, and couples particularly well with our aluminium NewYorkeR.
• Tracks may be supplied in a double-track configuration. Maximum door thickness is 40mm for double configurations.
  
• Door pick-up system is available for use with double-track set-ups.
• Track can be configured to suit Bi-Parting door setups, including CornerMeetinG detail.
• Carriages cannot jump off the track.
• Maximum door weight: 90kg using 2-wheel carriages, 240kg using 4-wheel carriages.
